White Poison - Salt and Sugar

My friends too much salt and sugar can kill you. Monitor your intake and make sure you stay within most of the health guidelines. We all crave salt and sugar but its not what you use out of shakers. Many foods have high content like canned soups, soda pops, most frozen and packaged meals.

Read the nutrition labels. Don't forget salt and sugar come in other colours than white. You can control your intake.
